We are the leading company in Poland in providing services of bonding textiles with a polyurethane foam and a polyurethane glue and we operate on the market since the beginning of the 90s.
We own modern machinery, well adjusted for flame and adhesive laminating, as well as for cutting and embossing laminates thanks to which we can provide our clients with comprehensiveness in producing textile components.
Dynamic growth, a constantly increasing number of orders and the number of clients caused the expansion of the company, and also the implementation of new services. In 2010 a new line for hot-melt adhesive lamination as well as an automated cutter were bought. Both machines are certified, which proves their innovative character, and are friendly for the environment.
The hot-melt adhesive technology is the newest lamination technology, based on glue, available on the market. It has made bonding of all types of fabrics, films and membranes possible, without the use of polyurethane foam. Additionally a technical line for producing fabric cut-outs has expanded the machinery – thanks to which the client can receive a finished product, cut to order.
„MAGNETIX” Gorszwa registered partnership, is the only company in Poland which offers comprehensive services of flame or adhesive laminating, with the service of cutting the laminated fabrics and also welding the cut-outs wit the use of the high frequency welding technology.
In order to provide proper quality of its products, the company has implemented and holds the Quality Management System certificate ISO 9001 TUV Management Service located in Munich, and also began its cooperation with the Textile Research Institute and the Institute of Biopolymers and Chemical Fibres in order to constantly enhance the quality of the final product. In order to do so, a special research and development department has been created.
In September 2013 the company has received the TS 16949.
