Cutting
The automated cutting machine provides a head positioning accuracy of 0.05 mm and a cutter drive accuracy of 0.01 mm, achieving very high precision and repeatability and minimal material waste.
The template for preparing the layout can be provided to us in any form. Thanks to modern component design software, we are able to digitise even traditional paper sewing patterns. Before cutting, the material is lagged, allowing even several layers to be cut out at the same time.
We also offer cylindrical cutting. This method allows materials to be cut using a die.
With the cutting service, we are able to quickly deliver the parts ready for further sewing.

Other services
Adhesive lamination is the most versatile method of joining materials, allowing any material to be joined together.
The technology is based on bonding materials using polyurethane or polyethylene foam.
With the automatic cutting service, we are able to quickly deliver the parts ready for further processing, also sewing.
The embossing process allows attractive designs and also logos to be embossed on the die-cut parts.
