Creating the research and development department aims at perfecting the production process and perfecting the product in relation to the client’s needs, but also creating new products.
TASKS OF THE RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT INCLUDE:
Developing the new product in terms of using the correct technology
- Choosing the foam (polyester, polyether etc.)
- conducting research in order to determine optimal parameters for the process
- creating product models
- supervision over the test product production
- creating technical data sheets for the products
Conducting durability tests and statistical analysis in order to improve the product and the process
Cooperating with suppliers in order to receive optimal components for creating particular products
Product research in terms of lowering the number of errors resulting from the technological process
Determining the list of necessary controlled parameters of the process and the products
• Conducting research in terms of determining the use of adhesive lamination technology for different business branches
- Checking the possibilities of replacing the flame lamination for products from the automotive industry, sports industry, underwear industry etc.
